Shipping

We ship to Slovenia and EU by GLS or Pošta Slovenije. Customers who are not from the European Union, please contact us at info@m-fiction.com for further information. We need a week, but sometimes also two or three to create and send an order. We are not responsible for exceeded delivery time.
We will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premise we are not responsible for them. If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect destination in puted, you are responsible for paying the re-ship fees.

Order cancellation

We will be happy to help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the submission of the order. However, if your item is en route or already delivered, we are unable to cancel your order. The cancellation of orders is valid only at
prior notice to the email address info@m-fiction.com, including order number and buyers email address.

Return policy

• Refund
  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items purchased on sale -% or with a promotional discount code are non-returnable. Customer pays for all shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Return
  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
• Exchanges
  We do not exchange our items, only refunds or returns are possible if approved.

We reserve the right to typographical errors when quoting and changing prices. Products are available upon prior order.
